There are sections for yearly,monthly, weekly, notes and contacts section. The year, months and weeks are left blank, so you can input them yourself. Comes with 4 sheets of colorful index stickers. Measures 5.8 x 4.4 inches. Consist of 128 sheets or 256 pages.
