Cover is semi soft. There are sections for year, monthly, weeks , cash plan and notes. The year ,months and weeks are left blank, so you can input them yourself. Comes with 2 sheets of index stickers too! Measures 6.4 x 4.75 inches. Consist of 128 good quality sheets or 256 pages.
